CI13 Series Gen3 AI Speech Chips

The CI13 series includes six models: CI1301, CI1302, CI1303, CI1306, CI1311, and CI1312. Based on Chipintelli's self-developed BNPU 3.0, the system can achieve a maximum clock frequency of 240MHz. It has built-in up to 640KByte SRAM, the chip can achieve hardware solutions for various smart speech products with high cost-effectiveness.

CI13 Series Gen3 AI Speech Chips
